New Tax Rules for Real Estate Assignments and Flipping
To combat the sharp rise in real estate prices, the Canadian government has proposed new GST/HST rules in relation to Assignments (effective May 7, 2022) and Income Tax rules in relation to flipping real estate in general (effective January 1, 2023).

SUKHMAN SINGH SANDHU

Your jigsaw big picture is a very personal and unique one. Through extensive background research and in-depth one on one conversations, I strive to understand your big picture. I help put all the pieces together and find ways to prevent, navigate through or eliminate any obstacles that might be in your way.
Sukhman completed his Juris Doctorate from the University of Windsor Law School. During his academic tenure at Windsor Law, he served as the President of the Windsor Intellectual Property and Information Technology Club and Vice-President of the Windsor Law Tennis Club. Sukhman is credited with co-founding USH Technologies Inc., a Canadian start-up cultivated from a law school dorm room. He currently represents individuals, small businesses and large institutions and maintains a great track record of obtaining successful results.
During his leisure time, Sukhman enjoys travelling, strength training and playing tennis and golf.
